What is the shelf life, and how do you maintain it if you haven’t put any artificial chemicals or preservatives?

Troovy sandwich spread lasts five months in sealed packs. We use the same preservation techniques to make sauces as those used back in the day - moms’ good sense. The shelf life of Troovy products comes from a combination of a world-class hygienic production process and a selection of natural ingredients like lemon, vinegar, salt, and jaggery.

Once I open the pack, should I store it in the refrigerator?

You got that right. Sealed packs, when bought, can be kept at ease in your pantry, but once opened, the pack should be stored in the refrigerator until subsequent use. Please finish open packs within twenty five days.

How long does it stay good if I use this in sandwiches etc., for school tiffins?

Troovy sauce, while all-natural, stays good for up to 2 days in your tiffin.

Can I use Troovy sauces as cooking sauces while making pasta or noodles?

Go for it! Troovy sauces are meant to be cooked, spread, and dipped in - limited only by your meal & imagination.

Any allergen information I should know of?

Troovy tandoori sauce contains milk solids. The product is made in a plant that also manufactures products with gluten and nuts.
