Asian Salad
Ingredients
4 cups mixed greens
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup julienned carrots
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red onion, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sesame seeds or nuts
3 tbsp Troovy’s Stir Fry Sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Combine greens, cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, and green onions in a bowl.
Whisk together the dressing ingredients.
Toss salad with dressing.
Top with sesame seeds or nuts.
Serve immediately.
