Cancellation policy

Cancellation by Troovy: Orders can be cancelled from our end due to unforeseen
circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability or technical errors). In such cases, a full refund will
be initiated immediately.

Cancellation by the Customer:
Pre-Dispatch: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at
9810228072 or at hello@troovyfoods.com
Process: Our team will review the status of your order. If the order has not yet been
shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund
Post-Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped (handed over to the courier), it
cannot be cancelled. A cancellation fee of ₹ 200 will be charged if the order is cancelled or reurned back to us after it has been shipped. This is done to fairly compensate our courier partners for forward and reverse logistics.
