Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
1 cup tofu
2 tbsp. Troovy’s stir fry sauce
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cucumber
1 cup carrots
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cup romaine lettuce
¼ cup sliced toasted almonds
1 avocado
¼ tahini
½ tbsp. lemon
Directions
Cook quinoa and steam broccoli and prep remaining veggies
Stir fry diced tofu in a skillet with Troovy’s stir fry sauce
Assemble bowls with quinoa, tofu, veggies, and toasted almonds.
Garnish classic bowl with lemon and parsley.
Season with salt, pepper. Serve and enjoy!
