Ingredients:

For Broccoli Fries:

  • Peeled and cut broccoli stems
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and minced garlic to taste

For Tandoori Hummus:

  • 2 cups soaked and boiled chickpeas
  • 3 tablespoons sesame paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Troovy Tandoori Dip
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Directions:

  • Spread the seasoned broccoli stems on a baking sheet and roast them in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they become crispy.

For Tandoori Hummus:

  • In a food processor or mixer, combine the soaked and boiled chickpeas, sesame paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, Troovy Tandoori Dip, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.
  • Add 2-3 ice cubes to the mixture. The ice cubes help create a creamy texture.
  • Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
