Chocolate Kulfi
Ingredients
1 cup Troovy’s Chocolate milk mix
1 cup milk powder
2 cups milk
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Chopped nuts for garnish
Directions
In a saucepan, heat the 2 cups of milk and 1/4 cup of honey, stirring until the honey is fully dissolved. Let it simmer gently for a few minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Stir in the 1/2 cup Greek yogurt until well combined.
Mix in the 1 cup of Troovy’s Chocolate milk mix, 1 cup of milk powder, and 1/4 cup of heavy cream. Stir until everything is well blended.
Stir in 1/4 tsp cardamom powder.
Pour the mixture into molds, garnish with chopped nuts, and freeze until solid.
