- 4 rice paper wrappers
- 4 nori sheets (seaweed)
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 4 tbsp cream cheese
- 1/2 cup carrots, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup Troovy Tandoori Sauce
- 1 stock cube (or 1 tbsp soup powder)
  1. Cook Rice and Prepare Ingredients:
   - Cook 1 cup of sushi rice with water and the stock cube. Let it cool.
   - Cut carrots and cucumber into thin strips.
  1. Soften Rice Paper and Place Nori:
   - Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water to soften.
   - Lay a nori sheet on the softened rice paper.

   - Spread about 2 tablespoons of Troovy Tandoori Sauce on the nori.
  1. Layer Rice and Fillings:
   - Place a portion of cooled sushi rice over the sauce.
   - Add cream cheese, carrot strips, and cucumber strips.
  1. Roll the Wrap:
   - Fold the sides of the rice paper over the fillings.
   - Roll tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
  1. Slice and Serve:
   - Use a sharp knife to slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces.
   - Arrange on a plate and serve with extra Troovy Tandoori Sauce for dipping.
