Imli bliss balls
Ingredients
1 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp. Troovy’s Imli sauce
1 tbsp. honey
Pinch of salt
Directions
In a food processor, combine dates, almonds, shredded coconut, Troovy’s Imli sauce, honey and a pinch of salt.
Pulse the mixture until it forms a sticky dough-like consistency.
Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls using your hands.
Place the bliss balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
