Imli glazed cauliflower
Ingredients
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup snap peas
1 medium carrot, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup Troovy's Imli Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
Green onions for garnish
Directions
In a bowl, mix Troovy's Imli Sauce, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
Add cauliflower florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Add bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot. Stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes.
Pour the sauce over the vegetables. Stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve hot over rice.
