Indian-style Pasta
2 cups cooked Troovy’s Millet Penne Pasta
1 cup Troovy’s Pizza Pasta sauce
1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, peas)
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger, minced
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until soft.
Stir in coriander, turmeric, garam masala, and chili powder.
Cook mixed vegetables until tender.
Stir in Troovy’s Pizza Pasta sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat. Heat through.
- Season with salt and garnish with cilantro.
