Carrot and Banana Loaves.
Bread is used in almost every Indian household. However, children generally prefer it with spreads or ketchup that might be delicious but are loaded with chemical preservatives. Here is a delicious recipe that not only makes it a lot tastier to have but super healthy as well.
ingredients of Mini carrot and banana loaves :
- 2 cups plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 mashed bananas
- 1 grated carrot
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/3 pecan nuts
step by-step method
Step 1 Mixing
Mix all the wet ingredients and the dry ones separately in two bowls. After this, mix both ingredients to form a smooth dough. Add nuts to the mix.
Step 2 Baking
Transfer the mixture to a baking tray and bake at 85 degrees.
Step 3 Serve hot with frosting and garnish
Serve the loaves with vanilla frosting on top and garnish with pecan nuts.
