Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dosa batter
  • 1 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (onion, bell pepper, tomato, coriander leaves)
  • Salt to taste
  • Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce
  • Cooking oil or ghee
Directions:
  1. Prepare Paneer Mixture: In a bowl, combine crumbled paneer, chopped vegetables, a pinch of salt, and a dollop of Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce.
  2. Heat Appe Pan: Grease an appe pan with oil or ghee and heat it.
  3. Make Appe: Pour dosa batter into the cavities of the appe pan, filling them halfway. Spoon the prepared paneer mixture on top of the dosa batter.
  4. Cook and Flip: Cover and cook until the base of the appe turns crisp and golden. Then, carefully flip each appe and cook until they're golden on all sides.
