Paneer Rice Bowl
Ingredients
200g paneer, cubed
1 cup basmati rice, boiled
2 tbsp Troovy’s Imli sauce
1 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, diced
1 small carrot, diced
1 cup spinach
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp ginger, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Cilantro for garnish
Directions
Mix paneer with Troovy’s Imli sauce, yogurt, spices, and salt. Marinate for 15-20 mins.
Sauté onion in oil, add garlic and ginger. Add bell pepper, carrot, and spinach. Cook until tender. Season.
Sauté marinated paneer in oil until golden brown.
Layer boiled rice, veggies, and paneer in bowls. Garnish with cilantro.
