Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
200 g Troovy’s millet penne pasta
1 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts or walnuts (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Directions
Boil Troovy’s millet penne according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat Pesto: In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add pesto and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Combine Pasta and Pesto: Add the cooked millet penne to the pan and toss until well coated with pesto.
Finish: Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
Serve: Garnish with pine nuts or walnuts and fresh basil leaves.
