Pizza Pasta Bake
Ingredients
340g pasta
2 cups Troovy’s Pizza Pasta sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup chopped bell peppers
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup chopped zucchini
1/2 cup diced red onion, 1 cup baby spinach
1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 190°C. Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
Mix pasta with Troovy’s Pizza Pasta sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, parmesan, oregano, basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Fold in bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, zucchini, red onion and spinach.
Transfer to a greased dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve!
