Ingredients of Poha Veggie Balls :

  • 1Tomato (finely chopped)
  • Onion (finely chopped)
  • Green capsicum(finely chopped)
  • 1 cup powdered poha
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper
  • Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp Suji
  • Water
  • Jeera (for tadka)

step by-step method

Step 1 Mixing the ingredients

Take all ingredients into a bowl and mix it well. Add some drops of water and knead the dough.

Step 2 Making the poha balls

Apply a bit of oil to your hands and roll the dough into the desired shape. Once done, steam these balls well. 

Step 3 Tadka for the poha balls

Take a small amount of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, jeera and give a tadka to the balls. 

Step 4 Serve hot

Serve the balls warm with a chutney or dip of your choice.
