Here's a quick way to make Roasted Hawaiian Salad by using Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce. 


Ingredients

  • 1 ripe pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced 1 sliced Zucchini, 1 cup slit baby corn, 1 capsicum, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Troovy Tomato Ketchup
  • 1⁄2 Tablespoon Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Lettuce leaves for garnishing


Directions:


  1. Preheat your grill or pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine oil, Troovy Tomato Ketchup, and Troovy Pasta Pizza Sauce to create a delicious glaze.
  3. Place the pineapple slices directly on the grill or pan and generously brush them with the glaze mixture. Grill for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side, or until you see beautiful grill marks and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
  4. Repeat the same process with zucchini, baby corn, and bell peppers, coating them with the glaze and grilling until they are tender and nicely charred.
  5. Once everything is cooked, present the grilled pineapple, zucchini, baby corn, and bell peppers on a platter and complete the dish by serving them alongside fresh, crisp lettuce leaves.
