Soya Rice Bowl
Ingredients
1 cup soybean chunks (soaked and boiled)
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 cup Troovy’s pizza pasta sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Soak and cook the soybean chunks and drain.
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Stir in garlic and bell pepper; cook until the bell pepper is tender.
Add the soybean chunks to the pan and stir well.
Stir in ground cumin, paprika, and dried oregano. Pour in Troovy’s pizza pasta sauce and mix everything together. Simmer for about 5 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Serve the soybean mixture over the cooked rice.
