Spicy Baked Potato Wedges

- 4-5 potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup Troovy Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to taste
Step 1: Preheat oven & Prepare the Wedges
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Take the potato wedges and place them in a large mixing bowl.Add Troovy Tomato Ketchup over the potato wedges, ensuring they are evenly coated. This will provide a tangy flavor to the wedges. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder to the bowl. Sprinkle red chili powder over the wedges. Finally add salt to taste!
Step 2: Prepare for Baking
Gently toss the potato wedges in the bowl, making sure all the spices, ketchup, and oil are evenly distributed and coating each wedge. Line a baking sheet & lightly grease it to prevent sticking. Arrange the coated potato wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Step 3: Bake and serve hot!
Bake the wedges for 25-30 minutes or until they become crispy and golden brown. Once the potato wedges are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
