  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup boiled spinach leaves,
  • 2 Black olives,
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup curd
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda,
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp Troovy Pizza Pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Step-by-Step Method

Step 1: Prepare the Spinach Puree

Blanch the spinach leaves by immersing them in boiling water for about 30 seconds, then transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool. Once cooled, drain the spinach leaves and place them in a blender. Blend until you have a smooth puree. Set aside.

Step 2: Make the Pizza Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, curd, salt, spinach puree, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix the ingredients together until they form a dough. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Step 3: Shape the Pizza Dough into a Frog

Take a portion of the pizza dough and roll it out into an oval shape. Use your fingers or a knife to shape the dough into a frog-like shape, with a larger rounded head and a narrower body. Place the shaped dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4: Add Toppings and Decorations

Spread Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the sauce, covering the entire surface. Decorate the pizza with cherry tomatoes as eyes and use black olives as pupils. Get creative and use additional olives to create a mouth or other frog-like features.

Step 5: Bake the Pizza

Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Celsius (480 degrees Fahrenheit). Place the baking sheet with the pizza dough in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the dough turns crispy and the cheese has melted and is golden brown. Keep an eye on the pizza to prevent burning.

Serve and Enjoy the delightful and whimsical Frog-shaped Spinach Pizza!!
