Stir Fry Noodles
Ingredients
200 g rice noodles
2 tbsp seasame
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup Troovy’s stir-fry sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1 tsp sesame seeds
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Directions
Boil rice noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in Troovy’s stir-fry sauce and add cooked rice noodles. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through and well-coated with sauce.
Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
