Stir Fry Soup
Ingredients
2 tbsp Troovy’s Stir fry sauce
4 cups vegetable broth
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tsp ginger, minced
1-2 green chilies
1 tsp cumin seeds, 1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander
Lemon juice
Directions
Heat oil in a pot. Add cumin seeds, then onions, garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté until onions become golden brown.
Stir in turmeric, garam masala, and red chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.
Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in Troovy’s Stir fry sauce, then pour in vegetable broth. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
- Adjust salt. Garnish with coriander and a squeeze of lemon juice if. Serve hot.
