INGREDIENTS

  • 200g sweet corn or baby corn
  • 2 tablespoons Troovy Tandoori Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish


Step-by-step method


Directions 

  1. Boil the corn until tender. 
  2. Preheat the grill or pan & add melted butter. Add the garlic and saute. 
  3. Now, add the Troovy Tandoori Sauce along with the baby corn and lemon juice.
  4.  Grill the sweet corn for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is slightly charred and cooked through. 
  5. Remove from the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
