Tandoori Panzanella
Ingredients
- Day-old bread, cubed
- 100g tofu, cubed
- 1/4 Cup sweet corn, boiled
- 1 Cup lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste, 1 Tablespoon olive oil 1/2 Cup Troovy Tandoori Dip
- 100g feta cheese
1.In a pan, heat some oil, add the bread and tofu cubes. Add Troovy Tandoori Dip and grill for 2-3 mins.
2.In a bowl, combine grilled tofu and bread along with cherry tomatoes and sweet corn.
3.Drizzle olive oil and feta cheese over the ingredients. Season with salt to taste.
4.Gently toss everything to combine and allow the bread to soak up the flavors.
5.Serve it on lettuce leaves.
