Tiramisu
Ingredients
1/2 cup Troovy’s Chocolate Milk Mix
240 ml boiling water
55 g dark chocolate, finely chopped
1/2 tsp stevia powder
225 g mascarpone cheese, softened
120 ml whipping cream
1/4 tsp stevia powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
16-20 oats biscuits (adjust based on size)
Grated dark chocolate for garnish
Directions
Dissolve the Troovy’s Chocolate Milk Mix in boiling water.
Add the dark chocolate and stir until melted.
Mix in the stevia powder. Allow the mixture to cool down.
Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
In another bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, stevia powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone.
Briefly dip oats biscuit into the cooled chocolate mixture.
Arrange a layer of dipped biscuits in the bottom of a dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the biscuits.
Add another layer of dipped biscuits.
Again top with the remaining mascarpone mixture.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with grated dark chocolate and serve.
