TRICOLOR PASTA

Here's a perfect recipe of Pasta to celebrate the 75th Republic Day this year using Troovy's delicious healthy and chemical free sauces

Ingredients- (Fresh Pasta)

1 Cup fine Semolina flour
1 Cup Whole wheat flour
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil as needed
Directions-
1. Mix semolina and wheat flour together with salt and water to form a stiff dough. It should spring back if you poke it.
2. Let it rest for 1 hour. After an hour, roll it out as thinly as possible and fold as shown. Cut into equal strips and boil for 3-4 mins until cooked well. Coat with oil to prevent sticking
Tricolour Pasta
Ingredients-
1/2 Cup Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce
1/2 Cup Tomato Puree
1 Cup fresh cream
3 tablespoons garlic powder
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oats flour
1/4 Cup milk
100g blanched spinach
200g fresh basil (blanched)
1 lemon
8-10 Cashews
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons grayed cheese
Directions-
1. For the orange sauce, heat some butter in a pan and add Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce along with Tomato Puree. Mix until it starts to boil and season. Finally add 1 tablespoon fresh cream.
2. For the white sauce, heat some butter and sauté oats flour until the raw smell is gone. Add milk and whisk properly. Add leftover cream and season.
3. For the green sauce, add blanched greens to a mixer grinder along with the seasonings, cashews, lemon juice and a oil. Pulse until it forms a paste.
4. Mix the boiled pasta separately with all the three sauces and plate together
