Ingredients

  • 200g paneer cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup Troovy Tandoori Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala (optional)
  • Bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes cut into chunks

Step-by-Step Method

Step 1: Marination

In a large mixing bowl, combine paneer cubes and your choice of vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes). Add Troovy Tandoori Sauce, a drizzle of oil, Greek yogurt, freshly squeezed lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, and a sprinkle of chaat masala to the bowl. Mix everything well, ensuring that the paneer cubes and vegetables are evenly coated with the marinade.

Step 2: Preparing for Baking

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate it for 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse. Take out the marinated paneer cubes and vegetables from the refrigerator and give them a quick stir to coat them with the marinade once again. Arrange the marinated paneer cubes and vegetables on a baking tray, making sure they are spread out in a single layer.

Step 3: Baking

Place the baking tray with the marinated paneer cubes and vegetables in the preheated oven. Bake them at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and slightly charred. Keep an eye on them to prevent excessive charring.

Step 4: Serve Hot

Once the paneer cubes and vegetables are cooked to your liking, remove them from the oven. Transfer the baked paneer cubes and vegetables to a serving dish. Serve the tandoori paneer cubes and vegetables hot, accompanied by Troovy Tomato Sauce for dipping. Enjoy your delicious and flavorful tandoori paneer cubes and vegetables with your choice of bread or rice!
