Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry, or whole wheat atta dough kneaded with butter & milk
- 1 cup paneer, cubed
- 2 tbsp Troovy Tandoori Dip
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Step-by-Step Method
Step 1: Marinate the Paneer
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, olive oil, and salt. Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and mix well, ensuring all the paneer pieces are coated with the marinade.
Step 2: Prepare the Puff Pastry
If you're using store-bought puff pastry, follow the instructions on the package to thaw it properly. If you're making your own dough, roll it out into a thin rectangular sheet.
Step 3: Assemble the Paneer Puff Pastry
Grease a baking dish with some oil or butter to prevent sticking. Place 2-3 puff pastry sheets or dough sheets at the bottom of the greased baking dish, covering the entire surface. Arrange the sliced onions and the marinated paneer cubes out of the refrigerator and place them on top of the onions.
Step 4: Bake the Paneer Puff Pastry
Cover the paneer and onions with another layer of puff pastry or dough sheet. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes or until the puff pastry turns golden brown and crispy.
Serve and Enjoy your delicious paneer puff pastry
