Vegetable Lasagna
Elevate your dining experience with our Vegetable Lasagna. This recipe combines tender lasagna sheets with a medley of sautéed vegetables, a 100% Chemical Free Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce, and a cheesy topping that's baked to perfection. Here's how to make it:


  • 10-15 lasagna sheets
  • 2 cups chopped vegetables (zucchini, bell pepper, spinach, mushroom, onions)
  • 1/2 cup processed cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Troovy Pizza Pasta Sauce, full of nutrition 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Salt to taste


1. Preheat the Oven:
  •  Preheat the oven to a medium temperature.
2. Cook the Lasagna Sheets: 
  • Boil the lasagna sheets until they float to the surface.
3. Prepare the Vegetable Mix:
  • In a pan, sauté minced garlic in olive oil.
  • Add the chopped mixed vegetables and a pinch of salt.
  • Cook until the vegetables are tender.
4. Layer the Lasagna:
  • In a baking dish, start by layering with a bit of Troovy Pizza and Pasta Sauce.
  • Add a layer of lasagna sheets, followed by a portion of the cooked vegetables and a mix of processed cheese and shredded mozzarella.
  • Repeat these layers until the dish is filled, finishing with a generous layer of cheese on top.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake until the lasagna sheets are cooked and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
6. Serve:
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and then serve your delicious Vegetable Lasagna.
