ZUCCHINI ROSE PUFF

 


Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry sheets
  • 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Troovy Tandoori Dip
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper

Directions:

  • 1. Preheat Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to the temperature indicated on the puff pastry package.
  • 2.Prepare Puff Pastry Strips:
    • Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into strips.
  • 3.Season Zucchini:
    • Toss the thinly sliced zucchini with a bit of olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  • 4.Create Zucchini Roses:
    • Lay the seasoned zucchini slices slightly overlapping on the puff pastry strips.
    • Carefully roll up each puff pastry strip, creating a rose shape with the zucchini inside. (You can refer to our Insta video for a visual demonstration on Tuesday).
  • 5. Arrange on Baking Sheet:
    • Place the zucchini roses on a baking sheet, making sure they are spaced apart.
  • 6. Bake:
    • Bake in the preheated oven until the puff pastry is golden and puffed, usually following the package instructions.
  • 7. Serve:
    • Once baked, remove the zucchini and puff pastry roses from the oven.
    • Allow them to cool slightly before serving.
