Shelf life is 9 months when stored dry. Once opened, our sauces behave exactly like homemade sauces. Please store open bottles in the refrigerator, and consume the sauce within 50 days.
How do your sauces get their shelf life if they don’t have chemicals?
Our sauces are absolutely free of chemical preservatives and additives. We use the same preservation techniques used in our kitchens for many decades. We cook them to kill microbes, hot fill them in the sterilised bottles for shelf life. Natural ingredients like vinegar, salt, jaggery, and lemon juice ensure preservation inside the bottle.
What is the size of each bottle?
All the bottles are of 340g.
How long do the sauces stay good if I pack for school tiffins?
Troovy sauces, while all-natural, boasts natural preservation techniques and stays good for 24hours at room temperature when packed properly.
