      What is the shelf life, and how do you maintain it if you haven’t put any artificial chemicals or preservatives?

      Troovy sauces last 6 months in sealed packs. We use the same preservation techniques used to make sauces and pickles back in the day using moms’ good sense. The shelf life of Troovy products comes from a combination of a world-class hygienic production process and a selection of natural ingredients like lemon, vinegar, salt, and jaggery.

      Once I open the pack, should I store it in the refrigerator?

      You got that right. Sealed packs, when bought, can be kept at ease in your pantry, but once opened, the pack should be stored in the refrigerator until subsequent use. Please finish open packs within twenty five days.

      How long do these sauces stay good if I use them in sandwiches etc., for school tiffins?

      Troovy sauces, while all-natural, boast natural preservation techniques and stay good for up to 2 days in your tiffin.

      Can I put Troovy sauces while making pasta or noodles, as a cooking sauce?

      Go for it! Troovy sauces are meant to be cooked, spread, and dipped in - limited only by your meal & imagination.

      Any allergen information I should know of?

      Troovy tomato sauce has no allergens. It does have soy flour which is a rare allergen. Troovy tandoori dip contains milk solids. Both products are made in a plant that also manufactures products with gluten and nuts.
